Seymour, whose bitter split from the polo-loving billionaire is playing out in a Connecticut court, filed papers in Manhattan seeking to have a private investigator from New York's 1st Class Investigations questioned in the case.
"It is [Seymour's] position that the nature and scope of said surveillance was improper, entailed fabricated allegations, was calculated to harass and defame [her] and that such improper conduct may have been suborned by Mr. Brant, and therefore speaks to his character and fitness," a lawyer for Seymour wrote in court papers. … read more »
